Diana Ciesielski

This will be replaced by a short bio of Diana Ciesielski. Jan Adams, the President and CEO, retired from the United States Air Force (USAF) after 24 years of outstanding service. She served on the Joint Staff (1989-1992) and was responsible for the logistical and administrative setup of the first-ever U.S.-Soviet Military-to Military staff talks. She spearheaded the administrative setup for a J-8 War Game held in Mount Argentario, Italy which was attended by various countries military officials.
From 1984 to 1987 she was a member of the United States Air Forces in Europe, Inspector General Team. There she traveled to numerous countries in Europe to assist in helping personnel to be prepared for military conflicts. She was a key member of the administrative staff of the Pentagon's National Military Command Center for Just Cause, Desert Shield and Desert Storm military operations. Ms. Adams worked directly supporting the System Operations Program office (previously AUA-700) from December 2000 to August 2009.
Ms. Adams has been providing consulting services to the FAA since 2001. Her personal specialties are program and project management, task force leadership, and logistics management. She founded JMA Solutions in September 2005. Since then, she has grown JMA Solutions through hiring outstanding staff who assist the FAA and other clients with everything from acquisition planning to air traffic support and information technology.
