Marcy J. Bettis, PMP

Marcy Bettis brings to JMA Solutions more than 17 years of experience supporting Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) programs. She also has significant experience supporting other Government agencies. As Vice President of Engineering Services, Marcy manages JMA's FAA contracts supporting the 3T Portfolio (Time Based Flow Management (TBFM), Terminal Flight Data Manager (TFDM), and Traffic Flow Management System (TFMS), and a research and development (R&D) Human Factors program. Additionally, she oversees JMA's contract supporting the NAS Defense Program (NDP), which provides nationwide operational and maintenance support of the Long Range Radars (LRR) and Voice Radio Communication (VRC) systems to the Department of Defense (DOD), U.S. Air Force (USAF) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Before joining JMA Solutions, Marcy provided system engineering site support and deployment to the FAA on three major air traffic control systems; subcontract management for one major air traffic control system, project management support to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the U.S. Census Bureau and the Long Island Power Authority for Lockheed Martin. Additionally, she spent five years with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), where she provided test and integration support to the FAA on three major air traffic control systems.
She holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Aviation, and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, is certified in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations v3, and is a Certified Manager, certified by the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM).
