For Immediate Release
JMA Solutions has been awarded the 2013 ATCA Small & Disadvantaged Business Award. This award is presented to a small business concern owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals for an exemplary achievement or contribution that has added to the safety, quality or efficiency of ATC.
The JMA team has played a key role in helping the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) meet its Acquisition Program Baseline (APB) Milestones for the Time Based Flow Management (TBFM) Re-Architecture Installation project.
The team coordinated with multiple FAA organizations to ensure concurrence was received in order to proceed with the In-Service Decision without which the TBFM system could not meet the FAA JRC milestone. By supporting the full life-cycle of the program from requirements definition to installation support to future concepts development, the JMA team has provided invaluable support to the FAA and will continue to play an important role as future enhancements to the system are deployed. The modernized TBFM system will enable the implementation of a centralized system for data capture, analysis, and reporting that will result in the generation of a standardized set of system performance metrics leading to an enhanced ATC system and a safer more efficient NAS.
