PRESS RELEASE – ISO 9001 Certification
JMA Solutions is pleased to announce that we have earned our ISO 9001 certification. The demanding process covered every aspect of JMA operations through comprehensive system audits.
We began this process in November 2015 and successfully passed our requirements in 2016. Each individual played an integral part in helping us reach this achievement, with great leadership and guidance from our management team, and the tenacity and diligence of our JMA team.
ISO 9001 is a quality management system standard that was developed by the International Organization for Standardization, which is an association of governmental and nongovernmental organizations from many countries. The ISO 9001 standard is utilized to certify quality management systems that focus on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and the active involvement of both management and employees in a process based approach.
Our goal in becoming ISO certified was not only to improve operations and ensure our processes are consistent, but also to ensure Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement of our services. ISO allows us to implement a Corrective/Preventative Action Process to guarantee we fully meet our customer’s unique and specific requirements. This huge accomplishment will enhance our competitive edge, and ultimately help grow the business.
