NOTE: If there are any veterans in groups of 5 to 9, they will receive the discount of 10%
Retake Policy
- Individuals have 60-days to take the PMP certification exam post PMP prep course completion.
- If the individual fails the PMP certification exam, he/she has 6 months to register for our PMP prep course again at no cost. The individual will have to purchase new study materials if PMI has made changes to the material or if the individual's digital key has expired.
Refunds
- Individuals that cancel their registration more than 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
- Anyone who cancels 15-30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund minus the cost of materials.
- Anyone who cancels 10-14 days in advance will receive a 25% refund minus the cost of materials.
- If you cancel less than 10 days in advance you will not receive a refund.
- Students have the option to reschedule their class as many times as they please within one year of registering for their first class as long as they have not already started the course.
