That's why we are excited to announce the promotion of Julia Bogaevskiy to Vice President of Programs and Operations and her elevation to JMA Solutions' executive management team.

Julia's promotion is a testament to her exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence. It also reflects JMA's dedication to recognizing talent from within and creating meaningful opportunities for career growth.

For more than 15 years, Julia has built an impressive career supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and JMA's federal contract portfolio through expertise in risk, issue, opportunity, financial, and acquisition management. She also brings more than a decade of experience in project and program management, leadership, and process improvement.

In her new role, Julia will continue leading JMA's Program Management Office (PMO), guiding the strategic direction of the company's project management practices while overseeing one of JMA's most important organizational initiatives serving as the internal lead for the company's CMMI appraisals. Her leadership has been instrumental in helping JMA achieve and sustain CMMI Maturity Level 3 compliance, reinforcing our commitment to quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.

Julia's passion extends beyond operational excellence. She is equally dedicated to helping others advance their careers.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Julia has been authorized by the Project Management Institute (PMI) to deliver PMP training since 2024 and has instructed PMP Exam Preparation courses since early 2025. Through mentoring, teaching, and sharing her expertise, she has helped develop the next generation of project management professionals a commitment that perfectly aligns with JMA's culture of learning and leadership.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland, combining academic excellence with years of practical leadership experience.

Julia's promotion represents something much larger than a new title. It reflects JMA Solutions' belief that investing in our employees creates stronger leaders, stronger teams, and better outcomes for our clients.
