JMA stays out in the community making sure that our scholars have what they need to make it to school and perform. In the spirit of the holiday season, JMA team members donated hats and gloves for students at Jefferson Academy.

Pictured is our Founder and CEO, Jan Adams (m) with Sharon Fitgerald, Community Schools Manager (l) and Principal Howard (r). JMA will continue to support Jefferson Academy throughout the year through mentroship opportunities, industry visits, and career pathway programs. JMA remains committed to investing in the next generation of technology and business stars and making sure that opportunities are available to all students!

All Hands 2024 - JMA Company Update & Employee Celebration

Teamwork is at the core of JMA! All Hands 2024 is the time to celebrate company successes and network as team. Our remote and in-person staff had the opportunity to cheer each other on, hear from our CEO on the future of the company, and fellowship around the start of the holiday season. Kudos to all of our staff on another great year of utilizing their skills and experience to advance the mission of JMA!

Our Team Makes Bold Moves in the Community - Congrats Acee the Firm Foundation on DC Chamber Award

JMA team member Gwyneth Brown recently had her nonprofit, Acee the Firm Foundation, named the DC Chamber of Commerce nonprofit of the year awardee. Acee the Firm Foundation serves individuals and families in the community that struggle to obtain essential needs whether due to homelessness, lack of education or simply societal change that causes them to lose their footing.
