Julia Bogaevskiy, Vice President of Programs and Operations at JMA Solutions, brings 15 years of Risk, Issue, and Opportunity Management, financial, and acquisition management expertise gained through supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and JMA's federal contract portfolio. She also brings 10 years of experience in project and program management, leadership, and process improvement.
Julia leads JMA's Program Management Office (PMO), setting the strategic direction for the company's project management practices, and serves as the internal lead for CMMI appraisals - a role central to JMA achieving and sustaining CMMI Maturity Level 3 compliance.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Authorized by PMI to deliver training since 2024, she has led PMP Exam Prep instruction since early 2025, reflecting her commitment to developing talent across organizations.
